Absolutely nothing, other than the day! The show is designed so all buyers get to meet with all suppliers, so during Marketplace 1, you will meet with all suppliers who registered for that day, and will meet with the remaining suppliers the following day in Marketplace 2.
What do I need to know before registering and attending IRU?
Appropriate attire for International Roundup is business casual. We recommend dressing in layers as temperatures may vary in meeting spaces. This is the West after all, jeans and cowboy boots mean business!
At each marketplace, you will be located at specific tables delineated by market. Suppliers will circulate the room on a 10-minute timed appointment schedule with assigned meeting times, breaks and lunch built right into the schedule. We’ll sound a bell and announce over speaker when your appointment is over and it’s time for your next appointment. Buyers are planned to meet with all participating suppliers and each marketplace will include approximately 24 appointments.

Because you will meet with everyone at the event in 10-minute appointments, you will not receive your appointment schedule until you arrive and check-in with us at International Roundup. Your appointments and your appointment book are conveniently planned, so once you find your first appointment in the Marketplace room and in your appointment book you can go to the next table/entry in your book.
Due to the setup of the Marketplace and the room, you will not have scheduled breaks between your scheduled appointments, but we have built in one morning break, a lunch, and two afternoon breaks into the schedule. Once you receive your appointment schedule at the event you may also find that you have a couple additional breaks in your appointment schedule.
As a tour operator, you are automatically signed up to attend both Marketplace 1 and 2 so you’re able to meet with every supplier.
For tour operators, fam tours will be hosted the day after you arrive so you can get aquatinted with the area and everything the IRU host city has to offer. We will also be hosting an option of pre and post fams around the event. Details of all fams will be posted as it become available.
